Each guestroom has a private entrance from outside. A porch at the entrance door is a kind of one more balcony to the guestroom. The villa surrounded by old-growth cypresses is located in the eastern part of the hotel. Nearby, there is a playground for children aged from 2 to 5.
The guestrooms are not large though very comfortable and homish and decorated in light yellow tones.
The distance to the beach along the park alleys is 280m.
