A two-storey guestroom with a private entrance from outside. Total space of the guestroom is 81m2. It is possible to make a reservation in Villas №3 and 8 subject to availability.
Villa 8 is a complex of two buildings located in the centre of the park. The villa overlooks a cypress alley and a cedar grove.
In front of the villa there is an outdoor swimming-pool 1,7m deep.
In the villa there are 4 guestrooms. Each guestroom has two private entrances from the various sides of the villa. There are three rooms and a mini kitchen in a two-storey guestroom with a total space of 81m2. Each balcony bedroom has a private sanitary unit. The sitting-room looks onto a terrace.
The villa surrounded by old cedars and cypresses is located in a restful spot in the very heart of the park. Villa 8 is a complex of two buildings with two symmetrically located guestrooms with private entrances from outside in each of the two buildings. Total space of a guestroom is 81m2. All the guestrooms have a similar layout and fit-out.
The guestroom layout:
The ground floor: a sitting-room with a mantelpiece and a TV set, a mini kitchen, a guest sanitary unit, a terrace with balcony furniture (a table and 4 chairs). The mini kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave and a microwave oven.
The first ground: two bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies. The balconies overlook the park and the sustaining wall of the mountainside. One of the balconies has a staircase exit from the guestroom.
The rooms decorated in pastel shades and furnished with Italian rattan furniture of powder-blue color have a very romantic atmosphere.
