Peace and quiet, privacy, lovely views on the sea, mountains and the sea-front in Alushta. In clear weather one can see the outlines of the lighthouse in Malorechenskoye and the Karadag mountain. Gorgeous and posh are the words to describe the villa. Even Standard category guestrooms have the atmosphere of a suite. All the guestrooms are sustained on an integral style, in green tea shades. The same category guestrooms are perceived differently depending on their location. On upper floors nothing but lovely breeze is between a guest and the sea; on lower floors cedars and cypresses look into the guestroom windows.
The guestrooms are located on floors 1-7. The villa is outfitted with an elevator and a 30-seat conference hall on the first floor; a bathing complex (a hammam, a sauna, a Roman bath, an outdoor plunge tub and a jacuzzi swimming-pool, a massage setup) on the ground floor. Nearby the villa there is an outdoor swimming-pool (1,62m deep) and a jacuzzi swimming-pool (0,75m deep), loungers and umbrellas. Lounger towels are available with a concierge at daytime.
The distance to the sea is 120m. The distance to the beach is 405m. Transfer to and from the beach on electric carts is available in summertime.
